My desktop is upside down, how do I fix this?

Some computers have a function to rotate the screen. Usually this is Ctrl + Alt + up arrow (or down arrow.) Some have different key combinations or a option selected through the graphics card setting in the system tray or through the display properties in the control panel.
If all else fails, try doing a "System Restore" or start the computer using the "Last known Good Configuration" option.
